Alyssa-Rae Zonarich, DC
Dr. Alyssa specializes in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care. As a mother of three beautiful children, she knows how important chiropractic care is for mothers and babies. She is certified in both Webster and Bagnell, which are chiropractic techniques used to address breech presentation in pregnancy.
In addition to conventional chiropractic techniques, Dr. Alyssa utilizes KST. KST (Koren Specific Technique) is a specific chiropractic technique that is gentle and very effective, without the traditional “popping” and “twisting.” She was one of the first chiropractors to bring KST to Kansas City, and she now mentors other doctors and assists in teaching KST around the country. Dr. Alyssa also has graduated from Loomis Enzyme Institute, which teaches a system of diagnostic techniques that can be used to determine the hidden causes of chronic symptoms. All stress, whether it is from a mechanical, chemical, or emotional source, increases the body’s need for nutrition. The Loomis System focuses on this need because when the body does not have the adequate nutrition to meet the increased stress, the results are always the same.
Dr. Alyssa co-founded First Choice Chiropractic with her husband, Dr. Kyle, in 2005.
