Holistic approaches to care involve a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain more in advance. At First Choice Chiropractic we take your needs very seriously, that’s why our policy is to set up 3 appointments:

  • The first appointment is your new patient appointment, it will last one hour and is all about information gathering. You may start getting adjusted this day depending on your specific needs.
  • The second appointment is your report of findings appointment. This is where you will be given a plan of recommendation for care at our clinic. You can expect it to last around 30 minutes.
  • The third appointment is a standard chiropractic appointment that will last around 15 minutes.

The Day of Your Appointment:

Make sure to arrive to your first appointment fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out the appropriate paperwork for your appointment. If you’d like your paperwork emailed to you ahead of time, please let us know.

We also request that you bring your photo ID and any insurance cards if we are billing (see below).

We bill directly to the follow third party payers:

  • Blue Cross & Blue Shield (except Access and Select networks)
  • Freedom Network
  • Medicare

For all other insurances:

Our office is a direct-payment provider. This means the patient will be requested to remit payment for care directly to our office. At the end of each calendar month, we will provide you with the documentation necessary for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. Please keep in mind that the amount of your reimbursement is dependent on the provider and the specifics of your plan.
