Here at First Choice we encourage our patients to be proactive when it comes to their health.

It is our policy to schedule three visits initially including your new patient visit, report of findings, and a daily follow-up.

The first appointment is your new patient appointment. You should expect this appointment to last about one hour. We will discuss your current concerns and your health history as well as perform a physical examination specific to your needs. This allows your provider to determine if chiropractic care is appropriate for your case. Treatment may start on this day if your provider determines that you are fit for chiropractic care.

At your second appointment your provider will discuss the findings from your exam and make recommendations regarding your treatment. We will discuss options available at our office and any referrals that may be needed. You can expect this appointment to last around 30 minutes.

The third appointment is a standard follow-up chiropractic appointment that will last around 15 minutes.

Why three visits?
Though you may get relief following your first visit, it typically takes multiple visits to correct the dysfunction that led you to seek care in the first place. Scheduling three visits initially allows ample time for you and your provider to work together to meet your goals.
